Chamber Monthly Luncheon

The Chamber Monthly Luncheon is held each month, averaging 75 attendees, and features the opportunity for businesses and their employees to network while dining buffet style. The attendees hear from a different guest speaker each month. Some months are designated for standing programs as presented.

Monthly Luncheon Sponsor – $300 – 2 of 2 available per month.

  • Name recognition as the month’s lunch sponsor
  • Listed in all publications for event
  • Communication listed on all weekly e-letters
  • Opportunity to distribute promotional material

-Student of the Month Sponsor – $150 – 6 of 12 available per month.

  • Name recognition as the Student of the Month’s Sponsor
  • Provides lunch for (4) (student, student’s chosen faculty rep, student’s parent or guardian & 1 rep from sponsor company) any additional tickets would be $25/ticket
  • $50 donation to the Coppell Community Development Foundation for scholarship awards

Connections Breakfast & Lunch Group Meeting

The Chamber Connections Group encourages networking and business growth among Chamber Members through referrals and participation.  The Chamber offers 2 Connections opportunities per month, averaging 50 participants per event.  At every meeting each participant has 30-60 seconds to introduce their business. Each month, one member gives a 10 minute spotlight presentation.

  • Event named the “Chamber Connections Breakfast (Lunch) Presented by Company Name”
  • Company rep recognized at meeting
  • Opportunity for company representative to speak first, briefly at every meeting

Coppell Chamber Young Professionals Program (CYP)

In it’s 3rd year, the Coppell Chamber’s Young Professional Program is a rapidly growing program, a subset group of young professionals – meets monthly/socially to network and discuss events and programs. In addition, quarterly leadership luncheons powered by CYP, that features CEO guest speakers.

-Annual CYP Program CEO Event Luncheon Sponsor – $250 –Primary billing for program and company logo recognition at all of CYP events and all event communications from The Chamber as this event’s Presenting Sponsor

Woman In Business

In it’s first year, Woman in Business is a program devoted to the empowerment of woman providing opportunities to embrace their unique strengths through networking, education and events.

This group meets monthly, first Wednesday of each month, venue locations may rotate from the Chamber office to a different business location that host event.  This new program has been received very well, and expected growth is projected to triple based on it’s popularity and participation.

  • Event will be titled the ”Women in Business Seminar Series Presented by “Company Name”.
  • Primary Billing and company logo recognition at all events including printed material & electronic visuals used during presentation and all event communications from the Chamber

Governmental Affairs Speaker Forum

The Chamber’s Government Affairs Speaker Forum provides opportunities to educate attendees in the political arena by hosting monthly presentations and round-table discussions on issues important to the business community, where lunch is provided.   The Govt. Affairs Speaker Forum hosts the Annual State of the City Address, Local Candidate Forums as well as other monthly events throughout the year inviting elected officials and private citizens involved in government, non-profits, etc. to address attendees and field questions on their positions and relevant topics of interest.  In it’s 3rd year, the Coppell Chamber’s Young Professional Program is a rapidly growing program, a subset group of young professionals that meets monthly/socially to network and discuss events and programs. In addition, quarterly leadership luncheons are provided, powered by CYP, that features CEO guest speakers.
